Two properties in Huddersfield are being marketed for tenants and could be suitable for office refurbishment.
Former night club Visage on St Thomas Road and part of Crown House at Southgate are now available for rent, with Visage owned by betting company Rank.
The firm has appointed property agent Eddisons to market the venue and notes the Visage property could be particularly suited for companies in the leisure industry. It currently offers 38,000 sq ft of space that could be transformed into office interiors.
Eddisons surveyor Jonathan O'Connor said: "We are already receiving serious enquiries from plenty of interested parties. The premises are available either as a whole or separately depending on tenant requirements."
Up to 30,000 sq ft of office space is also available at Crown House - spread over the top five floors of the premises.
Meanwhile, corporate travel consultancy Flight Centre UK has moved into new office space in the region at Leeds' landmark mixed-use development The Gateway.
