Development firm Hurstwood has announced it has secured a new tenant for its Hurstdale House office building in Rawtenstall, Lancashire.
Crain's Manchester Business reported national training firm Intraining is taking on 6,600 sq ft of modern office design space at the premises, having relocated from its former office space at Grove House in Haslingden.
Tracy Clavell-Bate, sales and letting manager at Hurstwood, said: "The move will provide great opportunities for the local community. Hurstdale House is easily accessible to people across East Lancashire."
Hurstwood is also presently offering office space at a range of other developments throughout the region, including Navigation Park in Bolton, Hurstwood Court in Leyland and at Leigh Business Park.
The company currently services office space for in excess of 600 clients and has been working in the industry for more than 30 years and presently has its head offices in Bolton.
