International shipping firm ICL Agencies UK has expanded its office space at a development in Liverpool.
The company's premises at Burlington House in Waterloo have been occupied since 2002, with ICL utilising 3,000 sq ft of office interior space at the site.
However, an expansion project at the site has increased the amount of office space the business now has available to 5,000 sq ft.
General manager of ICL Paul Sanders said: "The combination of high quality and cost-effective office space, coupled with an excellent on-site customer service team meant Burlington House was the right choice when we decided to expand our space."
Elsewhere in Merseyside, planning permission was recently granted for office construction work to be carried out at the new Wirral Waters scheme.
The £4.5 billion project is set to deliver in excess of 4.5 million sq ft of new research and development and office space.
