Office design is next on the agenda in AMB Insurance's current renovation of its new base.
The Staffordshire insurance broker is to move its business from Stone to the new premises in Wolstanton, Newcastle-under-Lyme once the renovation project is competed in September.
The firm said that once the office is refitted it will take on a number of new staff from the local area.
Some of the space in the new building will be leased to other local firms. AMB said it aims to give start-up firms looking for their first base a helping hand by leasing them office space.
Local construction workers have also been drafted in to work on the renovation project.
Claire Pigeon, managing director at AMB Insurance, said: "We're excited at the prospect of moving to our new location. This building has so much history."
