Bank and asset management firm Investec is set to move into new office interior space at Allied London's 3 Hardman Square in Manchester's Spinningfields development.
Property Week reports the firm will complete the office relocation in December and plans to move 32 members of staff to the new premises. It will be moving from its present offices on King Street.
Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, told the publication: "The successful letting to Investec is yet another example of the ongoing appeal of 3 Hardman Street to Manchester's professional services sector."
In total, 3 Hardman Square offers 350,000 sq ft of office space and provides floor plates ranging from 10,000 to 35,000 sq ft.
Elsewhere in the city, Place North West recently reported higher education company Global Graduates has moved into new office space at Brook House.
The firm has taken on 7,300 sq ft of office interior space at the premises, which are situated on Fountain Street.
