Conference organiser IQPC has let 24,352 sq ft of office space at 129 Wilton Road in London.
Owned by Terrace Hill, the mixed-use scheme is now 88 per cent let following this agreement, with IQPC signing a 15-year lease for offices at the scheme.
In addition, IQPC will relocate with sister company WBR to the property from its current offices on Britten Street in Chelsea.
Cushman & Wakefield acted as agents for the deal on behalf of Terrace Hill, while Northam Clover acted for IQPC.
IQPC was formed in the 1970s and now operates in every continent around the world, providing conference planning facilities to some of the largest companies in the world.
Last year, the company organised more than 2,000 events for firms from all areas of business, including pharmaceuticals, legal, oil and gas, food and beverages, automotive, construction, defence and many more besides.
