JLL predicts office interior boom
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

A new report by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has predicted 2010 could be an excellent year for the office market in the UK.
It noted that 2009 had been an "exceptional" 12-month period, especially given the impact of the economic downturn on the UK as a whole.
As a result, the firm forecast rental growth across much of the country, while modern office design space is set to become in greater demand as a the year progresses.
Neil Prime, head of markets at JLL commented: "We believe 2010 will bring a continued improvement in the market and risk will be easier to quantify. It will also be a year of opportunity, particularly for those in a position to build speculatively."
Elsewhere, research from Lambert Smith Hampton recently showed Manchester has become the most in-demand city for office space outside of London.
The city beat competition from Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol and Leeds.
