JLL to market Westgate office space

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been announced as a joint letting agent for the £140 million office development Merchant Gate in Wakefield.
The company will be handling lettings at the property on behalf of the English Cities Fund and will be marketing up to 48,000 sq ft of grade A office space as a result.
Broken down, the site consists of three office buildings - Emerald House and 1 and 2 Burgage Square.
Jeff Pearey, of JLL in Leeds, said: "Merchant Gate comprises three brand new buildings which make up an impressive new business district and comprise some of the best offices currently available in Wakefield."
Elsewhere, construction recruitment firm Caval recently announced a relocation to new premises at Coverdale House on Park Cross Street in Leeds.
Caval specialises in the supply of temporary and permanent personnel to the construction, mechanical and electrical industries and was previously based at The Headrow.
