Key factors in office set up revealed

Serviced office design has been found to be easier for companies when setting up a new office.
Choregus recently commissioned a study into the key factors in setting up a new office interior and found that - following discussions with a number of businesses - the areas which took up the most man hours to finalise were furniture selection and installation, broadband and network set up, security hire and reception hire.
The only factor which was relevant to both serviced and non-serviced office set up was price negotiation, however, this practice was found to be quicker in serviced office design.
It has also recently been reported that demand for serviced office interiors is increasing across the UK due to the effects of the current financial climate.
Businesses are now deciding that the best way to get the most for their money is to sign contracts with serviced office providers who will take on all the leg work of setting up utilities, internet and other facilities for a company.
