A Basingstoke-based construction company has opened new office interior space in Manchester.
Kier Facilities Services (KFS) - the maintenance and facilities division of Kier Group - has created new modern office design space at Trafford Park, according to Crain's Manchester Business.
This new development will be the company's fifth regional office. The firm's clients include the NHS Lift Trust, the Ministry of Justice, Oldham Schools PFI and Oldham Library PFI.
Managing director of KFS Colin Hale said: "The work we've won in the north-west is hugely encouraging for us."
Elsewhere in Manchester, law firm Barlow Lyde & Gilbert recently announced plans for an office relocation project to 7,800 sq ft of modern office design space at Chancery Place on Brown Street.
The company plans to base employers', public and motor liability claims staff at the site, while considering whether to move other divisions to the premises should this initial move be a success.
