Accountancy business KPMG has officially opened its new London headquarters at 15 Canada Square in Canary Wharf.
Officially opened last Friday (November 12th) by Her Majesty the Queen, the 15-storey property will house up to 4,000 members of staff and has been equipped with state-of-the-art sustainable office design features to ensure the property is environmentally-sound and offers a "first-class working environment".
"We were delighted that Her Majesty was able to visit us here at our new home in Canary Wharf and meet so many of our people," said John Griffith-Jones, UK chairman of the firm.
Elsewhere in the capital, the former site of the St Alphage property in the City is to be revamped to make way for the new Wall Place scheme.
The project is set to deliver up to 500,000 sq ft of office interior space if local planners give their consent to the office construction work.
