Lancashire office construction completed

The first phase of office construction on the Riverside Business Park project in Barrowford, Lancashire has been completed.

Overall, 35,000 sq ft of new office interior space has been created at the premises, with units varying in size from 1,500 to 4,000 sq ft.

Situated next to Junction 13 of the M65, the property is currently being let by joint agents Trevor Dawson and Knight Frank.

Matt Fitton, development manager at the firm behind the construction project, said: "It is fantastic to see Vantage Court finished. The six buildings have been built using high-quality materials in order to complement local architecture."

Elsewhere in the region, financial planning business Pareto has purchased 4,500 sq ft of office interior space at 8 St John Street in Manchester from Davenham.

Pareto has now relocated from its former 1,500 sq ft premises at Spinningfields' 3 Hardman Square and hopes the additional office space will allow for greater recruitment in the months ahead.
