Yorkshire-based joint venture company Landmark Castlevale has announced that it has received planning permission for the creation of a new mixed-use office interior development in Wakefield.
In total, the development will provide 27 acres of office interior space, with separate units ranging in size from 750 to 2,500 sq ft once completion of the second phase of construction is achieved.
Owen Holder, from Knight Frank - appointed agents to market the development alongside Carter Towler - told Property Executive: "This planning approval means there is the opportunity for smaller local businesses to operate efficiently out of new purpose built premises."
Elsewhere in the region, Sheffield Chamber of Commerce has set up a new initiative to attract more businesses to take up office interiors in the city.
The organisation is running schemes at the Omnia One and Quadrant office developments in the city, with flexible lettings available and subsidised rents.
