LaSalle announces new London office opening

LaSalle Investment Management has announced the opening of a new central London office at 77 Kingsway.
The company has signed a ten-year lease for 5,278 sq ft of modern office design space on the second floor of the property with London law firm Bracher Rawlins LLP. It specialises in corporate, employment, litigation and property law.
"This agreement demonstrates our strength in sourcing high quality investment grade office real estate that appeals to some of the finest firms in the world," commented Nick Sharp, central London asset manager at LaSalle Investment Management.
Elsewhere in the capital, San Francisco-based digital media firm RadiumOne recently announced it has opened a new UK headquarters at 1 Heathcock Court in London's West End.
The company has signed a five-year lease at the premises and has agreed to pay £36.50 per sq ft per annum, taking out 1,632 sq ft of office interior space in total at the building.
