Online hotel booking business Laterooms.com has announced it will be moving its head offices to new premises in Manchester.
The company will be taking on the top three floors of the Peninsula Building near Cheetham Hill and the office relocation is set to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2010.
In total, the firm will take on 36,000 sq ft of grade A office space at the building and will become the second tenant at the site - the other being law firm Peninsula Business Services.
Chief executive of LateRooms.com Chris Morris said: "LateRooms.com has been one of Manchester's success stories over the past ten years and we're committed to keeping the business in the city where it all began."
The deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Overall, Laterooms.com employs 350 people in the Greater Manchester area. It was purchased by TUI Travel in 2006 for £120 million and been based at the Deva Centre for the past six years.
