Lumsdon Solicitors has announced plans to move to new premises at Clydesdale Bank at 9 to 10 The Tything, Worcester.
Due to carry out the office relocation in the near future, the company also announced it was to change its name in order to redevelop its image. As a result, the firm is now known as Lumsdon Solicitors rather than Lumsdon Grimley.
Incoming practice director Peter Tibke said: "The partners felt we needed a modern name in tune with our progression as a forward-thinking practice."
The company was founded in 1947 and is one of the county's best-know solicitors.
Elsewhere, the BBC Trust recently announced plans to move into new office space in Salford.
Initial forecasts for the cost of the move were found to have been overestimated in a recent report by the National Audit Office, with the final relocation expected to cost somewhere in the region of £800 million - however, this had initially been predicted to be closer to £900 million.
