Leading law firm expands offices

A growing law firm has signed a new lease contract which signals its commitment to its company development and London location.
Thirteen years ago Latham & Watkins LLP struck a deal with European real estate company, Hammerson, to acquire three floors of offices with 30,000 sg ft at 99 Bishopgate, EC2.
This gave the 41-strong team of lawyers an ideal Central London location, but as the company has now grown to 397 employees, a new deal with Hammerson to extend the lease for an extra five years and expand into further office space has been completed.
John Mulqueen, Hammerson Director London Group said: "We are delighted to support the continuing success of Latham & Watkins and to have secured their long term commitment to 99 Bishopsgate."
Now the law firm has a total office space of 124,600 sq ft.
