Commercial office interior building Leeds Gateway has completed its second phase of development.
Property Executive has reported that the £150 million project has yielded a further 25,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the site, more than doubling the capacity of the development.
Existing tenants at the property - which is owned and run by Scotfield - include Breast Cancer Haven and Scotfield's own head offices.
Stephen Holman, development director at Scotfield, told the magazine: "We are confident that other businesses joining us at The Gateway will appreciate the dual benefits this location offers, especially during rush hour periods."
Meanwhile, Yorkshire-based property developer Bracken Developments recently announced that its Calls Wharf office interior development in Leeds is now 96 per cent full.
At present, 22 local businesses are housed at the facility and despite the recession, the firm noted that enquiries for its small to medium-sized office interior space remain strong.
