Avertis Risk Solutions has moved into new premises at Regent House in Leeds city centre.
The company has taken on 3,535 sq ft of office interior space at the city centre property and has signed a ten-year lease of the office space, Free Office Search reports.
Pete Bradbury of agents Carter Towler told the publication: "Considering the lack of decent sized requirements in the market we are obviously delighted with this letting."
He added that the proximity of the building to the city centre, coupled with the quality of the office space at Regent House, were the deciding factors in the firm's office relocation.
Elsewhere in the city, the Need Office Space blog recently reported that Formal Investments has purchased William House on Queen Street in Leeds city centre and plans to transform the premises into its new headquarters
The deal was carried out in partnership with Ripley Capital and there are now plans to increase the square footage of the property to 35,000 sq ft.
