The Stroke Association has signed a new ten-year lease for office space in Leeds.
The Yorkshire Evening Post reported the premises are located at Killingbeck Court and the Yorkshire regional headquarters of the charity will move into 3,560 sq ft of modern office design space in the coming weeks.
A rent review is to be held in 2014.
"Killingbeck Court offers the highest quality in office design, at effective rental levels, with a high level of car parking facilities for employees," Lyn Dunkley, head of facilities at the Stroke Association, told the publication.
Other units at the property have been sold to a private investor, with one presently let to a housing regeneration agency.
Elsewhere, Crain's Manchester Business reported the Home Office has signed a 25-year lease for office space at Birchwood Park in Warrington.
The government department is setting up a regional hub of operations and taking on 55,000 sq ft of office space at the development.
