Corporate advisory and restructuring firm Zolfo Cooper has announced the signing of a lease for 7,050 sq ft of modern office design space on the top floor of Highcross's Leeds development.
Toronto Square, situated in the city centre, was among the first office interior buildings in Leeds to achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent, with its sustainable office design features including air source heat pumps and renewable energy generation.
"We have outgrown our existing premises and the excellent specification of Toronto Square really meets our requirements by providing a great working environment for our highly skilled team," commented Stuart Mackellar, partner at Zolfo.
Elsewhere in the city, two local businesses recently announced that they have brokered deals to carry out office relocation projects to Holbeck Urban Village.
True North and CTP St James have signed leases with property management firm Knight Frank for 4,963 sq ft and 8,455 sq ft of modern office design space at the development respectively.
