Two new developments in Leeds have been granted planning permission and could see the creation of 145,000 sq ft of new office space as a result.
Buildings Number 3 and Number 10 at Wellington Place could be built as part of the city council's initiative to boost commercial activity in the city.
Each of the properties will be situated at the northern end of the 22-acre site.
Managing director of Wellington Place Andrew Barlow said: "This decision has been made to enable us to ensure the continued success of Wellington Place and to be in a position to develop the two grade A office buildings when market conditions allow."
Elsewhere in the city, 18,000 sq ft of serviced office interior space is being created at Tower Works as part of regeneration work at the property that will also see the stabilisation of three chimney stacks at the landmark.
