Legal & General Property has moved into new office interior space at Partnership House in Winnall, Winchester.
The engineering firm has taken on 7,798 sq ft of office space over two floors at the building on a ten-year lease at a rent of £105,273 per annum.
Alan McGougan, chairman at Upton McGougan, commented: "To have modern office space that reflects the nature of our business and its brand is very important, particularly when it comes to retaining staff and clients. These offices are an exciting and strategic move for us to drive the business forward."
The deal was brokered by agent Lambert Smith Hampton.
Elsewhere, Offices.org.uk recently reported that cotton merchant Plexus Cotton has signed a lease for 6,000 sq ft of office space at 20 Chapel Street in Liverpool.
In total, the development offers 155,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space spread over 27 storeys in the city centre.
