The Legal Ombudsman has signed a lease for 40,000 sq ft of office space at premises in Birmingham.
Staff are now set to carry out an office relocation to Targetfollow's Baskerville House and the new ombudsman scheme for legal services - which is being set up by the Office for Legal Complaints - will move into the space in May.
Chief ombudsman Adam Sampson said: "People are vital to the success of the Legal Ombudsman. Our offices in Baskerville House will help us be an organisation that will offer a vibrant and exciting working environment."
Joint agents working on the scheme were Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis.
Elsewhere, Mobile News recently reported Voice Mobile has completed an office move to provide it with greater room for expansion.
The company - which is an Orange Business Specialist and Vodafone Gold - carried out an office relocation programme to the Fort Dunlop building in Birmingham last December.
