Leisure group prepares for office relocation

Premium Bars and Restaurants (PBR) is to continue its company expansion by moving to new offices in Manchester.The firm, which is renowned for its Living Room venues, is currently based in Newcastle but will make the move to the north-west to help aid its growth.
As well as its new office fitting in Manchester, PBR will still retain a regional office in Newcastle.
Commenting on the move, Mark Jones, executive chairman of the group, said: "The decision to move PBR's head office to Manchester reflects our greatly changed focus to a national premium bar and restaurant operator - a strategy which we believe will deliver long-term sustainable growth."
Like PBR, staff at IBM are also undergoing change, with a number of employees at the company set to a contemporary office design in Sale.
According to a report in Property Week, the company are to expand to Jackson House after its owners completed an office refit in a bid to attract high-profile clients.
