Five new office interior lettings have been announced at Winwick Quay Business Park in Warrington.

In total, 80,000 sq ft of office space has been let at the site as part of these deals, with the largest being a 52,000 sq ft, ten-year lease for detergent and disinfectant manufacturer Klenzan.

The other deals were for property maintenance, renewable energy, security and vehicle MOTs specialist Belfry Group to take unit 12 at Cameron Court (13,419 sq ft), while online retailer Baby Store has moved into property at Chetham Court (6,584 sq ft).

Meanwhile, Glasgow-based Document Outsourcing has opened a second office at the site as part of its expansion into north-west England (8,647 sq ft), while CK Building Supplies has also secured office space (3,900 sq ft).

Winwick Quay is situated approximately three miles north of Warrington town centre and less than 0.5 miles from junction 9 of the M62 motorway.
