Lettings announced for Birmingham office development

Kings Norton Business Centre (KNBC) in Birmingham has set a target of beating its record lettings of 2010, it has been revealed.
The development saw ten new tenants take on office interior space at the site last year, bringing the number of companies using the facilities of the business park to more than 80.
Approximately 1,250 people now work at the site each day, with the property offering more than 800,000 sq ft of grade office interiors in total.
John Sambrooks of agent for the premises DTZ Birmingham said: "KNBC has remained a popular choice for occupiers keen to take advantage of its excellent transport links, high-quality business space and community feel."
Elsewhere, the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) recently announced it has set up a new regional headquarters in Birmingham.
The organisation has taken on 7,385 sq ft of grade A office interior space at 6-7 Newhall Square in the city's Jewellery Quarter.
