The daily newspaper the Lincolnshire Echo has confirmed plans to carry out an office relocation project which will see the organisation move to premises in Brayford Wharf East.
It has signed a lease to move to the ground floor of Witham Wharf - formerly Wigford House - and hopes to complete the move by October.
Managing director of Lincolnshire Media Mark Price said: "We can now move forward with a confidence and determination that will ensure the continuation of media services to meet the needs and expectations of the people of this county in the years to come."
This move will mark the fourth office relocation in the publication's 116-year history.
Elsewhere in the region, development firm Wilson Bowden has unveiled plans to create a new £20 million office interior development in Nottingham.
Situated on a 0.46-acre site just outside of the city, once completed the project will create up to 100,000 sq ft of new, grade A office interior space in the area.
