Companies in Bedfordshire are to benefit from the creation of a new business centre at Liscombe Park.
Office industry news portal Choregus has reported that the development has been designed to attract businesses from surrounding areas - such as Milton Keynes, Luton and Northampton - to its picturesque surroundings.
In excess of 300 acres of parkland is to be transformed into modernoffice interior space over the next 12 months and businesses are being invited to contact the park to discuss flexible contracts and the benefits of working in contemporary and healthy office space.
The park's office and land development has put forward plans to trial its Get In/Get On programme, which will offer free broadband and a complete office-ready set up for workers.
Elsewhere in the region, the Hemel Gazette recently reported that Forsyth House - formerly known as Innovation House - at Maylands Business Park in Hemel Hempstead has been refurbished and now offers 9,670 sq ft of grade A office space following completion of the work by Forsyth Business Centres.
