Housing association Liverpool Mutual Homes has moved into new office accommodation at the City Point office development on Great Homer Street in Liverpool.
The organisation has signed an agreement for 3,347 sq ft of office space at the building and is the latest in a long line of new tenants, including Liverpool Compact, Oxygen Support Services and Creative Solutions.
In total, 12 of the 16 suites at the property have now been let, with office interior space at the site totalling 25,000 sq ft.
Senior investment manager at Liverpool Mutual Homes Clifford Stanley said: "We are very pleased with the office space at City Point. The move is an extension of our office network and we have both contact centre and investment teams based here."
Elsewhere in the city, renewable energy business Enfinity recently announced a move into office interior space at the Plaza as part of the Hello Northwest programme run by the Northwest Regional Development Agency, the Mersey Partnership and MIDAS.
