Liverpool office design in demand

A £2 million office refurbishment is to take place at One Dale Street in Liverpool, it has been announced.Choregus.co.uk reports that the new building is already in high demand and the new 50,000 sq ft office layout is attracting attention from a number of clients wishing to use the space.
The area is a draw for the creative community due to the facility's mix of old style architecture and contemporary office design.
It is expected to be completed by January next year.
Currently, two companies already reside in the office space, they are The Alan Johnson Partnership and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
According to the Liverpool Daily Post, construction has begun on the St Paul's Square Complex in Old Hall Street in the city and is due for completion in late 2009.
The development includes the building of 109,000 sq ft of Grade A office layout at a cost of £90 million.
