The Plaza in Liverpool has undergone an office refurbishment project in order to attract more tenants, it has been revealed.
In total, 23,000 sq ft of office interior space at the development has been refurbished, including the installation of new air conditioning, raised access floors and a new lobby.
Director of project management at the building's owner Bruntwood John Marland said the property now offers "floor to ceiling glazing, a customer lounge area, onsite shops and state-of-the-art meeting rooms".
Elsewhere, the £4.5 billion Wirral Waters scheme recently received full planning consent for office construction work at the Merseyside site, with local council leader Jeff Green making the announcement following a successful trip to China to garner support for the project.
It is hoped that the development will help in the creation of up to 26,000 new jobs in the area over the coming ten to 15 years.
