Liverpool office refurbishment nets £1m for Glasgow firm

Glasgow-based property management firm Kilpatrick Property Group has secured £1 million in three separate contracts after recent upgrades undertaken in Liverpool's Castle Street.

The firm undertook office refurbishment projects at addresses from 10 to 18 Castle Street, including a half-million-pound upgrade of 14 Castle Street, reports Liverpool Daily Post.

Following the office refurb, it has let space on 250-year leases to three separate clients in the properties that have already been brought up to standard.

"Our approach from the outset has been to aim the individual office suites in Castle Street at small and medium-sized enterprises," explains managing director Maurice Glen.

Neighbouring 16 Castle Street has been sold on to Origin Rejuvenation Clinic following its own office refurbishment.

Kilpatrick Property Group says the total office refurb plan extends over the coming 12 months, with the intention of letting space across 10-18 Castle Street as the units are brought up to the desired standard.
