A sizeable amount of office space in Liverpool city centre has been freed up following a refurbishment by Peel Land & Property.
Peel Group has completed office fit-out work on 14,200 sq ft of space at Building 12 of the Princes Dock development.
The property is situated overlooking the Mersey and next to the proposed £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters scheme, making it a highly desirable location for tenants.
Director at joint letting agent CB Richard Ellis Mark Worthington said: "We are confident that the space will prove attractive to the market as the building is one of the best office buildings in the city in an outstanding location."
Meanwhile, associate director of DTZ Chris Lloyd said that the building is widely recognised as "one of Liverpool's finest modern developments".
Peel Group is presently in the process of bringing 32,000 acres of new developments to market, with a present property portfolio providing more than nine million sq ft of office design space in the UK alone.
