Merseyside development Liverpool One has announced a new tenant that will be moving into 17,424 sq ft of office space at the site.
Liverpool Orthodontic Centre has moved into office design space at the Russell Building in the development.
Ensconced in the modern design aesthetic of the development, the Russell Building was built in the 19th century and recently underwent an office refurbishment by the property's owner Grosvenor.
"Russell Building offers clean, light and contemporary accommodation, which makes it ideal for our profession. We will be offering the very latest advanced techniques available, some of which won't even be found anywhere else in the north-west," said the proprietor of Liverpool Orthodontic Centre Hemant Patel.
Liverpool One is predominantly a retail site, offering 1.65 million sq ft of shopping and leisure facilities.
Indeed, the facility offers more than 160 shops, a 14-screen cinema, more than 20 bars and restaurants and a five-acre park to provide some attractive inner city green space.
