The Duke of Westminster's property company Grosvenor has completed work on the refurbishment of office interior space at the Liverpool ONE shopping centre.

In total, the firm has finished work on 35,000 sq ft of new grade A office space at the north-west retail centre and is now looking forward to inviting new businesses to the region.

Alex Henderson, from Grosvenor, said: "Each of these buildings has something very different to offer, but there is perhaps one overwhelming factor uniting them all and it is that by moving your business into Liverpool ONE, you are joining a broader, vibrant community of commerce."

Meanwhile, LDP Business recently reported that the out-of-town office market in Liverpool "came of age" last year, with office interior uptake exceeding city centre lettings for the first time.

The newspaper noted that the economic downturn has led to a boom in the sector in recent months and could go some way to invigorating the uptake of commercial properties in the area for years to come.
