Liverpool Waterfront is set to offer 14,200 sq ft of grade A office space to new tenants.
Managed and owned by Peel Land & Property, modern office design space on the top floor of Building 12 at the development is being made available in the coming weeks.
In total, the site is spread over 14.5 hectares and offers 200,000 sq ft of offices, with tenants already including Coutts Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Chris Lloyd from DTZ - the agent responsible for marketing the new deal - said: "Building 12 is generally recognised as one of Liverpool's finest modern developments and will no doubt appeal to existing city centre occupiers from all sectors."
Peel Land & Property currently has 32,000 acres of developments in the pipeline and its portfolio includes more than nine million sq ft of investment properties.
Its premises cover a range of areas, including offices, residential, retail and leisure, business parks, industrial and land for development.
