London-based architect Amin Taha has purchased new office space in the capital at 115 Golden Lane in the City.
In total, the premises offer 6,598 sq ft of grade A office interior space and there is scope for future office expansion work, Free Office Search reports.
The firm paid £1.92 million for the building, which is situated within easy walking distance of both Old Street and Barbican Underground stations.
Formerly a Victorian warehouse, the premises have been converted to provide top-quality office space and the firm will be taking up residence at the property in the New Year.
Elsewhere in the capital, the news provider recently reported that Andrew Nurnberg Associates is set to take on office interior space at 20-23 Greville Street in Farringdon.
The literary agency will be taking on 3,595 sq ft of grade A office space and has signed a nine-year lease at £20 per sq ft.
