The Charlotte Building in west London has been fully let following the move of internet platform business LinkedIn to the property.
LinkedIn has taken on 7,400 sq ft of office interior space at the site, which is situated at 17 Gresse Street and owned by Derwent.
The firm has let the entire first floor of the property on a ten-year lease at £350,000 per annum - £47.50 per sq ft - with an optional break after five years.
LinkedIn acts as an intermediary connecting business people from around the world. The site currently has more than 75 million members across 200 countries and claims that executives from all the Fortune 500 companies in the US use its services.
Other companies that are presently letting office space at the Charlotte Building include Converse, Unanimis, Icon Entertainment and Brandopus.
John Burns, chief executive at Derwent London, commented: "We are delighted to welcome another progressive company to the Charlotte Building."
