New office space has been completed at Two Kingdom Street in Paddington, London.
Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox, the new modern office design space totals 230,000 sq ft, while the property also offers 22,000 sq ft of studio space.
To date, one of the floors of the building has been signed on a pre-letting agreement to global pharmaceutical company Astra Zeneca, leaving 160,000 sq ft available for rent.
Construction and design responsibilities for the office building were carried out in partnership by Development Securities, Aviva Investors and Quinlan Private.
The ten-acre site was purchased in 1999 and was formerly used as Paddington Goods Yard.
Elsewhere in the capital, Property Week recently reported Lebanese investment firm M1 Real Estate has purchased 300,000 sq ft of office space at Victoria house in Bloomsbury Square for £175 million.
The property was constructed in 1929 and is presently 50 per cent let, with the majority of tenants being government-backed organisations.
