The No 1 Kingsway office construction project that is taking place at the Strand Conservation Area within the City of Westminster in the capital is nearing completion, it has been revealed.
The development is set to deliver an additional 105,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space and will be open to new tenants from late autumn 2011, Free Office Search reports.
Significant office design work has been carried out at the property over the last 12 months, with the 1920s facade of the structure maintained completely, but behind the scenes the latest technologies and innovation have been used to provide sustainable office design space for tenants when they move in.
Elsewhere in the capital, a new office development has been opened by i2 Office in the City.
Nick Wentworth-Stanley, director at i2 Office, said that the firm is responding to high demand for office space in London, particularly in the exclusive and popular Square Mile.
