London office interiors 'becoming more accessible'

Commercial property in London is becoming more accessible to businesses due to a rise in the number of commercial property mortgages on the market, it has been claimed.
Michael Aglony, marketing manager at Mortgages for Business, said that the availability of mortgages for commercial property is opening up, which in turn could lead to an increase in office relocations in the capital.
He commented: "On the commercial side of things, it is more positive than quite a few other areas."
In addition, he added that the number of commercial property cases being handled by vendors and intermediaries has increased in the last month or so.
According to the Cushman & Wakefield report on commercial property investment in London published yesterday (July 1st), £1.43 billion was invested in London's City and Docklands areas in the second quarter of 2009.
This represented a rise of 110 per cent compared to investment figures from the first quarter of the year.
