London office relocation for Innocent Drinks

Innocent Drinks - the makers of Innocent Smoothies - has announced it is to move to new offices in London.
The company has signed a lease for 24,270 sq ft of modern office design space at Derwent London's Portobello Dock development. IT has pre-let the premises on a ten-year lease and has agreed to pay £25 per sq ft, with an initial rent-free period of 24 months.
John Burns, chief executive of Derwent London, said: "We are pleased to have achieved a further letting at Portobello Dock.
"We are delighted that Innocent Drinks, a company renowned for its unique branding, will join this village developed with design at the heart of its identity."
Elsewhere in the capital, law firm Clyde & Co recently announced a pre-letting agreement for 145,000 sq ft of office space at Minerva's St Botolphs scheme in the City.
The firm signed a 20-year lease, with an intial three-year rent-free period.
