Businesses looking for a vibrant city in which to set up office interior space have been advised that London is the place to be.
Andrew Horne, media and communications manager at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the key selling points of the capital continue to be the availability of a quality workforce, favourable time zones and a stable legal system.
He commented: "Success breeds success and for many, this is reason enough to set up a company in London so they can develop alongside many of the world's most innovative and profitable companies."
Elsewhere, Simon Jones, research project manager for officebroker.com, recently noted that demand for office interior space in Manchester has been strong so far this year.
He revealed there has been a 200 per cent increase in the number of people committing to office deals in the north-west city during the first three months of 2011.
