Recently refurbished office building 28 Dorset Square in London has been sold to a private investor for £17 million.
The building's former owner Derwent London completed refurbishment on the property in 2006.
It offers 23,530 sq ft of grade A office interior space over four floors following its conversion from a 1960s tenement. The structure was given whole new facades and a new glazed link between the old and new sections of the building.
The office interior is situated next to Marylebone railway station.
John Burns, chief executive at Derwent London, said: "This transaction represents the continuation of our selective disposals programme of mature assets in order to recycle capital within the portfolio."
Meanwhile, mayor of London Boris Johnson has urged foreign businesses to take up free office space in the capital.
As part of plans to rejuvenate London's office interior industry, the city is offering rent-free accommodation, worth up to a total of £150,000, for firms.
