Office agent Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced a move to new office space in Leeds city centre.
The company has carried out an office relocation from its former premises at Sovereign Street to new grade A office interior space at City Square.
In total, the firm has taken on 4,600 sq ft of office space at the new premises and will be transferring 40 members of staff in the coming months.
Guy Gilfillan, head of LSH Yorkshire, said:"The new office has enabled us to invest in upgrading our IT and telecoms platform, which will provide an array of new functions for our staff, including voice over internet protocol and a tenfold increase in broadband capacity."
Elsewhere in the city, the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children recently relocated to a new office at St John's offices in Albion Street.
The organisation took on 7,850 sq ft of grade A office interiors at the property and has set up a new regional headquarters at the site.
