Manchester city centre lettings revealed

Three new lettings have taken place in Manchester city centre, it has been revealed.
Consultant surveyors Scanlans has taken on 1,942 sq ft of modern office design space at 75 Mosley Street and will move into the sixth floor of the property on a ten-year lease, Crain's Manchester Business reports.
Meanwhile, sister firm Scanlans Property Management has moved into 4,016 sq ft on the fourth floor of the building after signing a ten-year lease and Remploy, which employs people with disabilities, has taken 1,982 sq ft on the first floor on a 12-year lease.
David Burrows, chief executive of Benmore Group, said: "We're delighted to be securing strong leases on this property in what is a competitive environment."
The property is owned and managed by Bruntwood. The company manages a portfolio of over 90 office buildings across the north of England in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham.
At present, the firm has over 1,000 clients working out of its premises.
