Manchester firm sets sights on Liverpool

Manchester firm sets sights on Liverpool Your Space, the Manchester based property specialist is considering relocating to a new office layout in Liverpool, according to the Liverpool Daily Post.

The company, which is valued at £20 million and is listed on the Alternative Investment Market, has declined to comment on whether a move was imminent, although director Steve Turton has praised the commercial benefits of the city, which he said was "a great place to do business at the moment".

Elsewhere in the city, construction group Mayfield has announced that it expects increased profits following a number of high-profile office design projects.

Liverpool Daily Post notes that these include one £6m proposal to build a four-storey building to provide an office layout for the Neptune Developments at the Liverpool Science Park.

A spokesperson for the firm has said that the developments mark an exciting time for the group.
