The popularity of office interior space in Manchester could be about to rise following the publication of a new report.
According to Cushman & Wakefield's latest European City Monitor, the city has moved up to 12th and has overtaken Birmingham as the most popular British city in which to do business outside of London.
Tony Bray, partner and head of Cushman & Wakefield's Manchester office, said: "Companies continue to overwhelmingly favour those cities that principally provide easy access to markets, transport infrastructure and qualified staff, factors which Manchester has seen significant improvements."
Meanwhile, the recent International Office Space - A Tale of Six Cities report by the British Council for Offices showed UK offices are providing a high standard of service that is unrivalled in many other parts of the world.
Indeed, the UK is the only country to offer clear and concise guidelines in regard to the provision of office space.
