Companies are being encouraged to express their interest in a new construction project in Manchester.
The Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund has made a formal request for organisations to fulfil an office design and build contract at One St Peter's Square, the local Evening News paper reports.
According to the news provider, the completed office design and build initiative in the north will see a 270,000 sq ft commercial property developed by 2014.
It noted the Co-operative Group and Manchester City Council will also be launching a similar project in the area.
The enterprise is looking for an office space planning team to transform the area around Corporation Street and Miller Street for its new headquarters based near Victoria Station.
Lloyds Banking Group recently announced it will be consolidating its existing north-west office interiors in order to create a regional hub, with the firm searching for commercial property space of between 50,000 and 200,000 sq ft.
